Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Indi + Will, but we know that sometimes when buying online you just can't tell whether you've made the perfect purchase until you see it in the flesh, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) or may simply wish to exchange an item(s) for a different size you can do so provided we receive the item(s) back within 14 days

 

Please make sure you adhere to the following conditions in order for us to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible:

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same perfect condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. 

How to Return:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Please email team@indiandwill.com to request a return. We will then email you confirmation with the returns address.
  • Please post your item(s) back to us within 14 days including your name and receipt/order number within the parcel. We will not accept returns that fail to meet our 14 day policy unless the item(s) is faulty.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost and return of your item(s). We cannot take responsibility for item(s) lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The manufacturer's packaging is considered part of the product - please do not damage or deface branded boxes/packaging.

Please note we can not refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, swimwear, socks, tights or food.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post (not special delivery). We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us. Original and return postage is non-refundable unless incorrect item was sent in error, in which case we will refund return postage if you email a copy of your receipt to team@indiandwill.com

Pop a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and phone number in the packaging so we can identify where it has came from and contact you if necessary.

We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your parcel. You will be credited for your returned items via your original method of payment, please allow 7-10 days for the refunded payment to reach you.

In store exchanges - refunds

You may return an item bought online in store, however your refund will be processed through the online system and via your original payment method. Items purchased in store may be returned or exchanged in the same condition within 14 days.

Sale items purchased in store

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items and items purchased on a discount promotion in store cannot be refunded and we will offer a credit note or exchange to the same value instead.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item we recommend you contact us on team@indiandwill.com as soon as possible to check whether the item you require is in stock. We will then hold this for you for 7 days so please ensure your item is returned by then. You will need to return the items you wish to exchange to us ( see details above)

If we do not have the exchange item available you will be credited for your returned items via your original method of payment once they arrive back to us.

Faulty/Damaged Items

We try to check all items prior to dispatch, but should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receipt), and we will work out the best way to rectify it. Please send a photograph of the damage as soon as possible.

Occasionally we do get it wrong - we're only human! If we have sent you the wrong item please let us know asap.

If you pay the postage on the faulty item you are sending back, you must agree the cost with us before returning if you would like to be reimbursed.

How to cancel an order

To cancel an order, you must let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@indiandwill.com and we will try our best to accommodate. However, if your parcel has already been posted, we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge but it can vary.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In the event of cancellation we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

 

Privacy Policy

Indi + Will Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.indiandwill.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
