Returns & Refunds

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Indi + Will, but we know that sometimes when buying online you just can't tell whether you've made the perfect purchase until you see it in the flesh, So it's fine to change your mind.

Please make sure you adhere to the following conditions in order for us to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible:

Please be sure to take care of our products while they are in your care, as we are not able to refund or exchange anything that is not in pristine condition, unused, in its original packaging, and ready to be resold.

The manufacturer's packaging is considered part of the product - please do not damage or deface branded boxes/packaging.

Original and return postage is non-refundable.

Contact us by email at hello@indiandwill.com to notify us about your refund request first, then pop a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and phone number in the packaging so we can identify where it has come from and contact you if necessary.

Return your items within 14 days of receipt, or 10 days for sale/discounted items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, Please pop a note in your parcel letting us know what you would like to exchange for and we will contact you when it arrives.

Please be sure to take care of our products while they are in your care, as we are not able to refund or exchange anything that is not in pristine condition, unused, in its original packaging, and ready to be resold.

The manufacturer's packaging is considered part of the product - please do not damage or deface branded boxes/packaging.

Original and return postage is non-refundable and our usual shipping charges will be applied to exchanges.

Pop a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number and phone number in the packaging so we can identify where it has come from and contact you if necessary.

Return your item/s within 14 days of receipt (provided the item is current stock/not in the sale and is in unused, perfect condition in its original packaging. If it's a sale item it must be within 10 days).


Faulty/Damaged Items


We try to check all items prior to dispatch, but should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receipt), and we will work out the best way to rectify it. Please send a photograph of the damage as soon as possible.

Occasionally we do get it wrong - we're only human! If we have sent you the wrong item please let us know asap.

If you pay the postage on the faulty item you are sending back, you must agree the cost with us before returning if you would like to be reimbursed.



Lost Parcels


If your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 days in the UK or 30 days internationally please let us know. Unfortunately if we haven't been notified within this time period we may be unable to resend the goods or issue a refund.
